Literary Devices Ages 8-10

Unlock the magic of writing! In this engaging four-week class, students will explore key literary devices—like similes, metaphors, personification, and alliteration—and learn how authors use them to bring stories to life. Each 50-minute session mixes guided lessons, fun examples, and creative writing exercises to help kids strengthen their reading and storytelling skills.

Families also receive weekly curriculum and at-home practice activities to encourage continued creativity.
